      Description Dean Foods is the largest US processor of fluid milk and other dairy products. Dean has grown primarily through acquisitions and its retail and food service dairy products are sold under more than 50 national, regional, and private-label brands, including TruMoo, Oak Farms, PET, Country Fresh, and Meadow Gold. In addition, the company manufactures ice cream, butter, cottage cheese, and specialty dairy products such as TruMoo Protien. Dean owns and operates a number of smaller dairy companies, including Oak Farms, Reiter Dairy, Berkeley Farms, Garelick Farms and Mayfield Farms.
