Miramar Hotel & Investment is all about having a good time. It has operations in hotel and shopping center management, travel, and restaurants. Miramar International Hotel Management is the oldest part of the company; it manages upscale hotels and apartments in Hong Kong and mainland China including Nan Hai Hotel, Ruitai Hongqiao Hotel, and Silvermine Beach Hotel. Pinnacle and Miramar are the apartment buildings. The restaurant group includes more than 30 Chinese, fast food (American style), and buffet locations in China and Hong Kong. Miramar Hotel & Investment also owns Miramar Shopping Centre and a travel agency. Chairman Dr. Lee Shau Kee (who also heads Henderson Land) owns about 44% of the company.
