For over 48 years, partners have passionately led the R.W. Selby & Company, Inc. team in acquiring, developing, and managing Class-A and Class-B apartment communities in Southern California and Nevada. Over the years, we have become an industry leader, handling over $3 Billion in property transactions. Our legacy and reputation in the multi-family sector is proven in transactions with over 7,000 multifamily units since 1975.
