Founded in 1991 by a retired Marine Corps officer, the university was designed to meet the military’s unique educational needs, and later expanded to meet the needs of nonmilitary students. Today, we carry on the tradition with our dynamic staff and faculty working at our headquarters in Charles Town, WV, in the Northern Virginia – Washington DC region, and across America.
