GREAT NEWS!! Cumberland, WI – Ardisam Inc, announced today that they have fully made the transition into their new Headquarters and Technology Center located in the Cumberland Industrial Park, adjacent to their distribution facility. The building was completed by Northwest Builders and is approximately 30,000 sq feet in office space with an additional 50,000 square feet for research and development. Adding the building to the campus began in late 2020 and took just over a year to complete. An open house is being planned for later in the spring, the event day is TBD. ...Show more

Ardisam is excited to announce the creation of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. On July 22nd, 2021 the three largest shareholders of Ardisam International, Inc, a company headquartered in Cumberland Wisconsin, sold 30% of the company into an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, or ESOP. The creation of the ESOP is a landmark event in the history of the company. Instead of the owners selling out to a larger conglomerate or private equity group, they made the generous decision to sell a major portion of the company to the ESOP for the benefit of the employees. Ardisam employees will now directly benefit from the success of the company. If the company continues to succeed, the ESOP will provide significant retirement incomes and financial stability for their families and their communities. ...Show more
