Goodegg Investments is an award-winning real estate investment firm with a focus on making real estate investing accessible for everyday investors. Through real estate syndications (group investments), we help our investors invest in real estate the easy way – with none of the hassles of being a landlord but with the peace of mind in knowing their investments are secure and working for them.
In addition to real estate investment solutions for passive investors, we also run a successful mentorship program – the Real Estate Accelerator – geared toward helping other real estate syndicators build their brands, raise capital, and scale their businesses.

Goodegg Investments is an award-winning women-owned company founded in 2018 by two busy working moms – Julie Lam and Annie Dickerson – two women with a passion for helping other moms, women, parents, and busy professionals to learn about and invest passively in real estate syndications (group investments) so they could create passive income and build wealth for their families.
Both Julie and Annie began investing in real estate because they wanted to make their money work for them and create a brighter financial future for themselves and their families.
Both started out with house hacking (buying a small residential property and renting out the additional rooms or units) before moving on to out-of-state rentals and eventually commercial real estate syndications.
It was through the power of investing passively in these group investments that both Julie and Annie had their “aha!” moment. Passive real estate investing allowed them to get all the benefits of owning real estate – cash flow, equity, appreciation, and tax benefits – without the hassles and time commitments of being a landlord. Bingo!
They’d discovered a solution that could help other busy families just like theirs to take their hard-earned money and build wealth and achieve financial freedom. The only problem was – barely anyone at the time knew about real estate syndications or how they worked.
And that’s exactly why Goodegg Investments was created – to help as many people as possible to learn about and invest in real estate syndications – to achieve financial freedom and thus create a meaningful and intentional life by design.
“Goodegg” comes from the idea of building your nest egg while also doing good in the world – both of which have been at the core of everything we do at Goodegg Investments.
We believe in always doing the right thing, going above and beyond, making meaningful impact, taking extreme ownership, and never settling.
Over the years, our focus on making the complex world of real estate syndications easy to understand and accessible to everyone has created a strong community of investors, partners, and peers, and has also ignited a movement.
To date, we’ve successfully completed over 40 commercial real estate syndications across 8,000+ multifamily units and $1B+ in total asset value. We’ve distributed over $25M in investor returns and have supported many worthy causes around the world via our Goodegg Gives program.
On top of that, our Moneywise Kids program is educating the next generation about finances, entrepreneurship, and investing, and our Real Estate Accelerator mentorship program helps other syndication companies to build and scale their brands, raise capital, and scale their businesses.
