Altruista Health is a fast-growing high-tech healthcare company that provides a care management technology platform called GuidingCare to health plans, helping to reduce costs and improve the health of millions of Americans. The company was founded in 2007 by two entrepreneurs who saw the expensive disadvantages of a reactive healthcare system. Finding no technology platform they felt was up to the job, they decided to build one and struck out on their own. Before a single line of code was written, they imagined a comprehensive system that would work proactively to deliver better health outcomes, reduce risk and lower costs.
