Ogden & Company, Inc. was founded by Elliott M. Ogden on October 29, 1929, the day of the
infamous stock market crash and beginning of the Great Depression. The Company began
primarily as a residential sales and leasing firm and within the first three years, expanded into
property management, commercial sales and leasing, and mortgage services. In the mid to late
1930’s, Ogden & Company, Inc. became one of the leading real estate firms and Milwaukee’s
first full service real estate company.
Ogden & Company, Inc. expanded its footprint into the Phoenix, Arizona market in 2003,
opening an office that specializes in HOA Management. Today, our Arizona services include
residential and commercial brokerage in addition to Property Management.
In 2006, Ogden & Company, Inc. included construction services into their menu of services, with
the creation of Ogden Construction Group, and later Craftmaster Painting, a commercial
painting company.
The Company added to the family of companies in 2010 by adding our Property Management
Maintenance Services, Above and Beyond flooring and carpet cleaning, SWAT Team Pest
Control and Craftmaster Land Design.
Today, our 3rd Generation Family Company continues to provide our clients, business partners,
and tenants with quality service and unparalleled expertise in the real estate arena.
