Kris has actively provided CFO and Controller for many public and private companies in manufacturing, technology and retail services. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling and projections, cash flow management, raising capital, and accounting integration. Prior to joining NOW CFO, Kris spent many years as an audit manager with Grant Thornton where he worked on some of their most challenging engagements. Kris attended the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and obtained a Bachelor and Master of Science in Accounting. He maintains an active CPA license....Show more
