Co-founders Michael Heyne and Dominik Stein launched their concept in 2011 with the simple idea of making quality Mediterranean food available to a broad community. Stein was recently recognized as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 for 2017 and Heyne was featured on the cover of QSR Magazine in September 2016. Noon currently has locations in Austin, Dallas, Houston, Boston, Philadelphia and New York City. The company is undergoing a major expansion across the U.S. and plans to open 15 new restaurants in 2018.
