Since our founding in 1981, SofterWare creates and supports innovative, intuitive software designed to help nonprofits around the world achieve their growth goals. Our team believes in fulfilling work in a supportive environment. In fact, SofterWare has earned the Philadelphia Inquirer’s Top Workplace award an astounding nine times since 2010, thanks to all of the incredible people who contribute to a culture that is inclusive, collaborative, and friendly.
