In 1999, co-founders and physical therapists, Dan Rootenberg and Dave Endres, set out to develop a new standard of physical therapy care—one that is driven by a commitment to a personalized patient experience and yields exceptional results. What started as a small treatment room in midtown Manhattan has now grown to over 50 clinics in the Tri-State Area with a robust list of in-network services.
Over the last two decades, Spear has become the destination for empathy-driven, personalized care, including being named the nation's top physical therapy practice (twice). Garnering recognition from respected outlets such as Inc. Magazine, CNN, NBC, and ABC, Spear proudly supports culture’s most innovative individuals, from world-class Olympic athletes to the stars of Broadway.
