To "Partner" with those organizations wanting to improve their bottom line by seamlessly integrating with their Revenue Cycle Program. To collect as much of our clients' "hard earned" money; showing respect and dignity to their "customers" as we work with their customers to find options in which to help them resolve their debt with our clients.
RSH is an Accounts Receivable Management company. Our primary "job" is 3rd Party Consumer Debt Collection. However, we also perform a good percentage of B2B Collections.
For those businesses that want more help managing their A/R, RSH also offers Early Out & Payment Monitoring Programs in addition to collections. For our collection clients, we offer training to help them 1) Collect More Money In-House and, 2) More quickly identify "non-payers" so that they can place them quickly with RSH leading to higher probabilities of success.
RSH thrives on building long-term, mutually successful relationships with our clients. As a testament to this, a number of my clients came with me from my former employer before founding RSH in 2008. 2020-2021 were some of our best years since inception! While we did struggle early on with finding good, trustworthy management to help us grow, the last 2 years have been phenomenal! The staff we have in place now (12/10/21), and the supervisors that help me lead our team, have been a blessing from God.

Like our competitors that scream, "PAY YOUR BILL OR WE'LL SUE YOU", at RSH we have a unique Relationship Collection Process. With each contact, we share with folks that it makes no difference 'why' they're in collections, RSH is just here to help them find ways to resolve their debt. And, with those folks that truly want to resolve their debt, we do so with providing multiple options until we find one that works within the consumer's budget and fits our company guidelines.
