Mission Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care and customer service to our patients, their families and our referring sources. We believe that exceptional clinical care must include clear communication, a commitment to exceeding customer expectations, and a dedication to deliver services with passion and integrity.
Suncrest will reach its goals under the direction of leaders who seek to serve, with a philosophy that growth is only achieved through the greatest efforts of the entire team.
Description Home Health is a service, ordered by a physician, in which the patient can receive rehabilitative services within the comfort of their own home or place of residence. These services include: skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social work, and certified nursing assistance with activities of daily living.
Advancement from this life to the next should be both dignified and comfortable; hospice allows patients to spend precious time with loved ones in the comfort of their own place of residence. Hospice care aims to treat the symptoms of the disease process and provide comfort and support rather than focus on halting, delaying, or curing the illness. Suncrest Hospice provides this treatment through qualified and compassionate physicians, nurses, aides, social workers, and spiritual advisors. Our team is passionately committed to making patients comfortable while simultaneously providing necessary support to family members.
Our company’s employees are committed to serving with love those touched by an advanced illness, providing comfort and support through compassionate care and meaningful experiences. Agape Care offers hospice and palliative services across multiple settings and is renowned for its superior patient-family experience and expertly trained professionals. www.agapecaregroup.com
