Windmill develops green building projects. We work with clients and partners to create a development concept and put all of the pieces in place to bring it to reality. We do this in a number of roles, depending on the needs of our partners: we act as a Prime Developer, in which we take a primary ownership in a project, or as Development Manager, in which we act as an agent for project owners — or often as a hybrid of both.
