Very Toxic management and politics too much

Only salary and few people are genuinely good but they are also stuck in toxicity so cant really help

Never JOIN!! .Toxic managers not one but majorly everyone .nobody listens .if anybody from team goes to HR to complain .they tell u we will get to know the name and nothing happens from hr. This was whole teams issue (not only mine )too much politics and mind you i have worked in multiple projects here .silent LayOFF happening.
