      Work from anywhere Compensation can grow extremely high (if you are willing to lick boots)

      Cons

      Complete chaos from the top down Retention and promotion decisions aren't based on anything aside from personal opinions of ownership, who does not in fact have any idea what is going on in their own company. I'd be surprised if this place is still in operation in another two years, max.
