    I have been working at 24-7 Intouch full-time

    Pros

    The culture is young, energetic, and focused on employee satisfaction just as much as they are focused on company success. They hire quickly and don't make you jump through too many hoops. Pay is very competitive as far as entry-level call center work goes and the majority of the positions are full-time. This is a great company to work for if you're looking for income stability as a young adult.

    Cons

    There are many different Lines Of Business that employ people within the call center, but you work for 24-7. Aside from your fellow employees in your own line of business, you don't interact with the hundreds of other employees directly. The site can feel like a college campus at some times, but they have many events to try to bring the site together as a community. Your experience will vary widely depending on the Line of Business or department you work for within the company.

    Advice to Management

    Management can seem lax and deadlines aren't always concrete. When a problem occurs, think more about the well-being of your employees than profit. Don't take the easy way around incidents just to save a bit of money - do things right the first time.

    Pros

    Very easy work. No real dress code. Easy to get to. Most of the managers were pretty laid-back. This thing really wants me to write 20 words I really don't have a thing else to say so that's about it.

    Cons

    Kind of stressful dealing with stupid customers boring repetitive work working with a bunch of ghetto people. That's it that's all I don't have 20 words to say.

    Pros

    This is a team building, collaborative environment that tries hard to encourage quality support from every agent. They put on fun competitions and try to make the workplace fun. If you come across belittling callers there are protocols in place to ensure you are not mistreated. I never was forced to continue on the line with emotionally abusive people.

    Cons

    It is a call center so you do have strict times and procedures to follow. You will have everything from host callers unhappy with the ethnicity of their guest, to personality conflicts to support for hosts whose property was damaged or stolen.

    You MUST have compassion and patience to assist all callers and be able to remain calm in the face of racism/sexism from callers.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it fun and and engaging but the environment more professional. I should never see people in their pajamas in the workplace. Also, this job should be better compensated. Starting pay should be $12 per hour at least with optimal chances for raise.

    Pros

    The company has good benefits after 90 days. There are some Team leads for instance Silvia, Krystal, Sean, and Porsche who care about their employees and will make you an awesome agent. Laura the "SOM" is good at her job and if you can work for her, your lucky because she wants to see her agents succeed.

    Cons

    The benefits are expensive. Team leaders knew that some of the agents were doing unethical work, but said till they could prove there was nothing they could do. If your beautiful and flirt you can move up in Hyundai, which is not fair to people who actually are good at their job and deserve to be promopted. Too much favoritism!!!!!

    Advice to Management

    Some of the management shoulod give the right people promotions who show their good at what they do and not just because of what they look like or who they flirt with.

    Pros

    Good teamwork with other teammates. Teammates work willing to share best practices of their LOB to help with the success of the team

    Cons

    Lack leadership support from senior leadership. Need better support system for management. Should invest in leadership onboarding and development to aid in successful on board of new leaders within the organisation

    Need better leadership strategy and structure
