    Wonderful work atmosphere Colleagues are great to work with Understanding that "life happens" sometimes Lots of opportunities for overtime Plenty of incentives for going above and beyond Support from company and colleagues alike Individuality encouraged

    Cons

    The parking kiiiinda sucks... but not much they can do about it.

    Most of the time you are left alone to do your work.

    Cons

    Their employee scheduling is not done without any thought process or concern for their employee's. It doesn't matter if you have been there 1 day or 1year plus you subject to schedule changes at any time, never having the same days off ea week, and having your days off split. A person working for over a year could have to work both Saturday and Sunday and a new person just out of training gets every Sat and Sun off....

    -The people. My LOB hires an extremely varied employee type, and while you have a few bad eggs, some of my greatest friends have been made here. -Management is wonderful.     Advice to Management

    Celebrate everything that works at 24-7 and be proud. But don't also neglect the extremely important parts of being a large company which requires blue collar structure and corporate battles. A plan for raises for tenured employees (especially those in middle management) will be the only way you get leaders of value to stay with you.

    The only pro is you meet good people. The company deserves zero positives

    They dont pay you They dont work with your availability Training is absolutely horrible

    Get organized. Pay your employees. I would expect another class action lawsuit against your company

    hired quickly,only people that are friendly are the recruiters.

    Some people have extreme, extreme, attitudes,(yes i wrote it twice)people smell like weed coming to work they also practically do anything they want, lots of favoritism from leads to employees they like, i just hated to wake up every morning to go to work but i had no other choice, I got a raise because i had prior experience and never had complaints from customers, and never had any problem with no one and i never disrespected...

    Solid leadership if you have an issue they will try to help. Improving in many areas its like any other company and its evolving. Management does care about its employees and its nice to work in a team atmosphere. I appreciate them willing to listen.
