    Pros

    They will hire you as long as you do not have a felony

    Cons

    Low wages. No Raises unless you are promoted. Even if you are a meeting and going beyond standard requirements.

    Pay for living with parents.
    Do whatever you want.
    Lots of OT.

    Management is all over the place.

    Pros

    They were nice and gave a lot of false hopes.

    Cons

    They wanted me to choose in between taking care of my mother after surgery, and coming to orientation a day earlier than scheduled. They lied and said they had emailed me and called many times to get ahold of me but actually did not. And, they said they were family oriented.

    Advice to Management

    Don't lie to your new employees. And if you need to contact someone, then actually attempt to do so. Don't lie to your superiors about it to save yourself grief.
