Pros

Great opportunity to learn the Point-of-Sale industry, Restaurant Management Skills, Basic Networking, and other very useful office software skills. Working with CRM, SharePoint, various remote software applications.

Cons

Unethical business practices with the motto of, "sell them what they want and make them buy what they need". You are hired for one job and over time are responsible for three or more positions without any pay increase or commission that was once fulfilled by a full-time employee. Expected to work on-call technical support after normal work obligations from 6 PM - 8AM one week a month. Company did not payout 160 hours of worked time/vacation time accrued prior to my parting. Careful with this company and understand that its a great opportunity to learn with the caveat of uncertainty.
