Pros
Flexibility, start up agile mentality and a results based culture. Never bogged down by process and always had opportunities to take ownership of projects and provide a valuable contribution. Loved and valued my time there - the experience and leadership contributed to my professional growth significantly.
Cons
Job security mostly. Always seemed to be struggling for commercial success in a tough industry. Felt like running up-hill at times. With tough times comes a revolving door of talent within the org. Made it difficult to maintain an optimistic culture under those circumstances.
