Owned by private equity; some questionable tactics to increase numbers. Staff has rolled over almost twice in 3 years; months voluntarily. Leadership is untrustworthy.
Great to get into IT and learn in a variety of environments, culture/leadership has gotten much better after leadership change, great PTO policy and very understanding when it comes to things that happen outside of work, family stuff, etc.
Cons
Can be overwhelming with clients and corporate doesn't seem to let them hire to lessen the burden on current staff, only to replace those that leave. May get better soon, but only time will tell.
