Worst job I've had in over a decade in the industry!
Pros
Delicious food on the menu. Money ok at times, though, not consistently.

The owner of this establishment is one of the worst people I've ever worked with in my 10+ years in the restaurant industry. He has extreme anger problems and focuses more on nit picking his staff than improving the restaurant and bringing in business. He has a tendency to find people to pick on, for generally no reason at all, and makes their life hell at work by constantly yelling at them, berating them in front of their coworkers, and threatening their livelihood over the tiniest of issues. This man fired a mother of three on Christmas eve who had worked their for over a year for no reason other than he decided he didn't like her anymore, if that gives you any kind of idea about what kind of guy we're talking about. The whole staff is constantly on edge and incredibly stressed out because of this. It would be one thing if the place were always busy and was successful, but it isn't. Heed my advice, stay away from this job. Your life will be hell if you work there. Guaranteed.
