We do value and appreciate feedback, however, there are no examples or indications of the disorganization you're referring to. 87AM has recently merged with Allied Integrated Marketing and together, we are opening offices overseas, creating a global marketing/advertising agency. To say there were no growing pains would be dishonest, but compensation is market, management has proven to work above and beyond with their teams to get where we are, and the only "turnover" in any of the offices are interns, and that is because of their school schedules, their internships are typically 2-4 months. We are an equal opportunity employer for all our employees (interns included), and there is an open door policy with management. Meaning, you are able to talk to your supervisor directly about any concerns you may have, as honesty is the best course of action.
