      Pros

      learn a lot from basic to advanced cabling. mentors and leads are patient. lenient with breaks as long you do an honest 8 to 10 hour job.

      none to really say here.so long you learn and pick up what they tell you to do,you should be in good shape with the company

      1) Salary is not like Bangladeshi company 2) You get hourly option 3) Could work from anywhere 4) if you perform good could get promotion and increase beyond imagination.

      Cons

      1) Not a traditional company, you have to really perform. 2) You ned to be your own boss. 3) You are hired to do the job, so either do the job by your own or leave it.
