      Honestly nothing was a positive here. A waste of time and resources

      They aren't straight forward with you in the interviews with what you actually be doing. They lie to you, waste valuable time, and don't pay you everything you actually earn. Its almost cult like in the office with all the weird sports chants. A waste of time. They tell you that you'll only work 45 hours a week when in reality, its more 60+ and if you aren't always there, then its frowned upon. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY.

      Pros

      I loved the family oriented culture. Everyone is willing to help. I had no experience in sales or marketing when I joined, but they trained me. I was able to learn and move up very quickly, but I had to leave due to personal reasons.

      Cons

      A lot of work and dedication, definitely not for lazy people who are looking for easy money.

      they tricked you into doing door to door sale, pay only commission, make you work over 60 hours per week. Not worth it.

      We are disappointed to hear that you left with a negative perception of AT Innovations. However, we would like to correct some details in your review. We do operate legally and ethically within California State Labor Laws. We also offer our employees multiple levels of compensation and educate them on their job duties, all of which are discussed with them prior to joining our team. While we do ask a lot of our employees, in return, we offer a clear path to upper level management. Sometimes our business model does not suit everyone.
