The CEO gives fake promises and act as a good man, If you wanted to leave the company you will lose your rights, Time Doctor is spying the employees, The tech lead has a very poor experiences, give unclear tasks and gives a fake feedback about the employees and a very bad attitude. High turn over, poor environment

The CEO of the company is spying on the employees, he is asking the employees to work a time tracking system that is taking screeshots, video recordings from what the employees are doing. Employees quit the job after few months from working there, it is unbearable
