      There were NO pros so don't even try with this company.

      This place has no supervision, its dangerous, and the Brooklyn Way location got shot up! HR doesn't care about you either!

      starting pay is great

      Cons

      management is terrible, the company is a revolving door of firing and hiring, it's hard to move up in management if your heterosexual, you will continuously be short staffed, and you will most likely always do an extra shift because everyone calls off because of no one like working there, also your checks will always be incorrect.

      Staff at my site are awesome operations and the social service staff are like family.

      leadership reminds me of slave owners cracking thier whip expecting humans to become robots
