      Great clients and pay, but toxic management culture

      Pros

      Great clients and higher pay than other places.

      Cons

      Favoritism and passive aggressive to the max, if the BCBA doesn’t like you, the CEO won’t either. The BCBAs are understaffed and don’t seem to know what they are doing either. Any feedback you give will be viewed negatively. Schedule changes are not allowed even if they say they will be flexible.

      Pros

      By far the best BCBA to have as a supervisor based on his expertise and expectations.

      Cons

      High expectations aren't for everyone, he is a stickler about a lot of things most would deem excessive.
