      salary migh be competitive, but there is not enough money on the world.

      Cons

      Colombian leadership do not really now what is need it, all bosses seem to not have the adecuate technical backgraounds and they wont respect your free time.

      Cons

      Everything else. -Low and non-competitive salaries (for devs) -This month, we had the 4th layoffs (and high chances of more upcoming) -Lack of culture -There is no growth path -The US main business doesn't care a little about you
