      Pros

      Many opportunities to promote and have seen many around me move up. Company is always willing to teach you new skills if you are interested. Offer good benefit package to include free life insurance. Caring owners and employee oriented environment.

      Some shop and field employees work long hours

      Pros

      Most everyone is friendly. Like any company there are some grumps. They are willing to train almost anyone if you are willing to show up on time and work. Pay is about average for the area.

      Cons

      Crete United owning AC Corporation. Not the same company with them pulling the strings in the background.
