      there are no pros working or dealing with this company

      Cons

      This is by far the worst developer and owner of realestate I have ever dealt with. They is a text book "Slum lords" theydo not maintain the buildings, nor pay the vendors on time, berates their employees and vendors and has a god complex. Avoid this company as an employer, landlord, or for service at all costs
