      friendly environment, rewarding to complete products and send them out the same day

      Disjointed, antiquated and waaaaay too many politics

      Pros

      For a non-profit, they do offer nice salary and can spend when they need to on resources.

      Cons

      It is a very disjointed organization with antiquated mindsets and philosophies of accomplishing goals, but the worst of it is trying to get something accomplished whilst navigating the various uber-land-mines of internal politics
