If you are not personally involved with a member of management you will not receive promotions, equal rewards or appreciation for helping the owners maintain their lavish lifestyle check out the cars they own but won't pay decent salaries. Please be unethical, brown noser and white or close friends or friends of the latins they have in middle management if you want to get ahead. Good for a lay over while looking for something better nit a place to make a career if you don't meet the criteria listed above. More reviews say the same thing than not potential employees beware.

Cons: This is probably the worst work environment I think I have ever experienced. It's too biased and it creates somewhat a hostile atmosphere. Not that many people there are happy. I know this because they have actually told me. If you are not latino/a you don't fit it. As many people that talk to you on your first day, pretty much expect that every day after. Half the time if you are not part of the click people won't even acknowledge your existence. Walk around thinking they are so much better than you. A lot of vulgar language occurs every day on the floor when HR or the owners aren't around. Cursing and conversations of a sexual nature. As much as it goes on I am surprised no one has complained or find it offensive since there. There is a SERIOUS lack of training to do your job and then when you do ask a question you get the impression that you did something wrong by the response you get some times.There's so many relationships in that place it's like these employees get paid to hang around their significant others desk all day. The owners are great it's just the people who work there don't make it an appealing working environment.
