I do not have any cons at the company.

Working here makes you feel hopeless. The owner is extremely toxic and enjoys putting people down. It's like her favorite thing to do, I do not think her day is completed unless she has said something rude, or crass to her employees, vendors, and some owners. She talks badly about employees to other employees, and she speaks badly about her owners/investors. The only time she seems to be in a great mood is when she speaks disparagingly about someone else. I have never worked in a more unprofessional environment in my life. It's a very ghetto company.
