      A company that will steal your money

      Opportunity to work with a serious European company in the automotive industry

      Cons

      A company of the best friends of CEOs, contracts are drawn up in such a way that if you do not fulfill 100% of their tests and reporting on them, the company cuts your paycheck, and you will not be provided with any proof. The company simply steals money, almost every engineer in the company wants to leave there, the weakest management that cares only about themselves. I do not recommend

      Pros

      Clients and most coworkers were easy to communicate and work with professionally. Paid Time Off was exceptionally good and clients were great.

      Cons

      Some management was unprofessional to the point of detriment for clientele and employee alike. Employees treated hourly despite being salaried. Communication with the CEO was non-existent with the exception of a bubble of people he exclusively deferred to, who in turn kept their teams out of the loop. An employee, at the request of the CEO, observed and reported the arrival patterns of other employees.

      The company owner is in contact with all employees. Team leads are easy to get along with. Interesting work.
