A number of teams have been worked to their absolute breaking point. Tons of turnover, leadership only thinks of employees as resources not people. Only able to work from home twice a month. No career growth: Being good is not rewarded. You won't be promoted faster than the rest and won't get any kind of compensation for going above and beyond. Executives have zero experience in actual people management (especially two owners). Run as far as you can!!

First off there is no communication between the crew of 4 that have come from Food lion in IT and new joiners. You have to beg for workload and if you do you are marginalized. Managment will ask you for suggestions on improving the process but will not take into account anything you say. They are outdated in their skill set thus there is a high turnover in IT and not to mention I've seen 10 people I worked with there in my new company 10! From sales to IT. The HR here is a cover up operation who presents an ideal image of the company while being an enforcer in firing people or disciplining them without reasonable context. She was upset I was late to a 401k meeting when I had an actual meeting for the job I was hired to do. All in all DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!! If you seek longevity and growth in your skill set and not feel like you are working at an internment camp don't work here.
