There is no work/life balance. When someone inevitably quits, you will be asked to pick up the slack because the company’s bottom line is more important than you having a day off - including weekends. HR is there only to protect senior management and C-level employees. Be prepared for your director to tell you to “pick a side” because they can’t play nice with the other directors and want you to join their team. If you don’t then be prepared for the target on your back. Overall highly toxic work culture with no one willing to change because it all seems down from the top. The epitome of “good old boys” club - especially from CEO.

- toxic leadership, from executive level down to the directors - unobtainable and overwhelming expectations - drama across all of the departments (felt like high school all over again) - HR acts like they care, but they only look out for leadership's best interests - frequent hypocrisy by leadership (even down to implementing COVID precautions, such as masks, but not wearing one themselves while walking through the building)
