      The team is young, very talented, great managers. Interesting projects, and usually big customers

      Cons

      Location, is a little too far from the city. From a business point of view the areas in which Applix mainly operates (digital publishing and tools to create mobile apps) are a little at risk in italy in this moment.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, an informal environment, the company has a pretty low average age, office locations at convenient places like: near Milan, near Cagliari and near Modena. Also: lunch tickets.

      Cons

      Salary not high enough, it's difficult to get a permanent contract, sometimes there is a lot of noise inside the open-spaces and the workflow it's often caotic and not efficient. No technical courses nor seminars are ever held by the company; too little opportunities to grow your skills.
