      Poor management and toxic culture despite perks

      Benefits are ok, work can be flexible depending on your manager

      Cons

      Senior management in job roles who have no clue. Hiding bad culture with expensive summer conferences, free lunches and “wellbeing activities” Too many clicks and rude colleagues who are never questioned.
