Pros

The employees are the best

Cons

Too many to list. Turnover is through the roof. No work life balance, they will call, email, and text day and night 7 days a week and while you are on vacation. nothing is sacred to them. They use backdoor unethical behavior, treat everyone as if they own them, and are always looking for someone to fire. I had an employee go to the hospital the stress was so bad. He had to quit under Dr. orders. The stress they put you under is inhuman.

Cons

I have worked at this company for a little over a year now. I have to say out of the 5 companies I have worked for so far in my professional career - it is by FAR the worst one on all levels along with being the weirdest/most confusing place I have ever worked. The upper management teams are continuously promoted, for what I am unsure because the lower level staff are consistently unhappy, depressed, and discouraged with our work lives. Results in the US are lower than prior years - maybe this is because of the obvious lack of enthusiam from your employees? Most of the executives are extremely young and do not seem to have enough experience in the positions that they are in which in turn causes them to make everything seem as though ti is an emergency and constantly push down the stress to their employees. There is NO work/life balance at all. Many upper management look down upon those who take a regular lunch or who use their lunch to go to the gym. There is also no understanding for family issues or health issues. Some of us work on average between a 10-13 hour day and them commute on the train for 3 hours - but heaven forbid we use a PTO day or go to a doctor's appt. If you ever want to open your mouth do not work here. Socializing during work hours is HIGHLY discouraged and to quote one of the upper management it is "perceived as an office disruption". They like to quote google here and pretend that we use their company as example but I could not imagine a company further away from the google culture and practice. They also do not value new ideas or opinions - in fact they dislike them. I have been cut off numerous times and discouraged from sharing new ideas in many aspects of this job. If it in any way contradicts or questions their actions then it is not to be spoken. The HR team is also no help at all, if you do approach them with an issue, even if you are the next person in a long list of people who have put in a complaint, suddenly it will come back to hurt you and haunt you. There is nowhere to turn to at this company for help. I was actually told that "PTO" here at Aryzta is not to be used for personal rejuvination but is more to be put on the books to say they give PTO... what?! I have never in my life heard of such a thing. There are no team building activities, there are no office functions (happy hours, activities, etc.), there is absolutely NO TRAINING, no summer hours, if we do do a company event there is no alcohol allowed, no funding for fun activities, everything is kept secretive. Many reports that are built or tasks that are performed do not even get used or looked at by anybody for weeks or ever even though it was an "emergency" that needed to get finished that day. There is absolutely no structure at this offce. I could go on and on and on about how horrible this company is - I would not even let my worst enemy work here. I feel like I am in the twilight zone because it is laughable how crazy this place is and that all of upper management seems to be ok with it!!

Pros

The pay and benefits are good because they cant recruit, and every person there is looking for another job. (Its that bad)

Cons

Aryzta stock plummeted by more than $3.5 billion in July 2014 as annual sales continue to slide as a result of Aryzta's history of decreasing overall sales and its propensity to destroy every company it has acquired. SR VP's , and the CEO & COO are clueless dictators. Subordinate management is coerced into prostituting their integrity presenting fictitious projections in an effort to stop a staggering loss of company valuation.
