      The constant growth of the company and product line keeps you on your toes. This fast paced career is for the elite technicians that want to learn something new every day.

      Cons

      It’s a tough position, and it’s not for everyone. You have to be willing to take on any job any panel at anytime no matter what. You have to be able to face the unknown and conquer it.

      Pros

      I’ve seen techs come and go here. Service technician is a tough job. You need to know all the products in your field to be successful at your job. The technology constantly changes which means you need to do the same. This company is awesome and the innovation is top notch. I’ve been here 5 years and I’m super happy to work here. I like challenging tasks and this is something I get daily. This is company is definitely not for the weak. You have to be willing to step up and do what ever it takes to get your job done and your cusotmer happy. Period

      There are no downsides for me personally.
