None at all. Do not work here.

Cons

Promised the funding and equipment needed to succeed. Received nothing. The company does not believe in annual reviews. Most associates have not received a raise in over 5 years. Family owned business that accepts and encourages a bullying style of management. Culture is toxic and unhealthy.

You get a paycheck, other than that there are no pro’s

Cons

Low pay, terrible working conditions, CEO micro manages and treats employees as they are worthless no wonder why no one stays around longer then two years. After the two year mark they realize what a joke of a company accel is. I could write a book on everything that is wrong with this company.
