I have been working at Access Intelligence full-time

    Pros

Flexible, great management, great benefits, numerous beautiful offices around the US, and they put you in a good position to succeed.

    Cons

I do not have very many cons about AI. In my time there i have experienced nothing but positive things and have very much enjoyed my time there.

    Advice to Management

Keep bringing in young talent and investing in technology. Continue to maintain the great culture at AI, and make everyone feel like they are part of the family.

I have been working at Access Intelligence full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

AI is a great place to work in a lot of ways. There are a lot of good people working here, and upper management really cares. Remote work is well-supported, and a big chunk of the company works from home.

    Cons

The thing to understand is that AI is a privately held company and the owner is a private investment firm. So while upper management means well, they're under constant pressure to grow revenue. In the years I've been here, I don't think we've hit our revenue targets once, which means limited raises and bonuses. There is continual pressure to do more with less.

I worked at Access Intelligence full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    -Out early on Fridays
    -Great benefits
    -Nice people, generally
-Has a really nice internship program for college graduates

    Cons

-Lower pay than the area/industry average
-MAJOR "do less with more" mentality
-No strong sense of strategy from management
-From another review - They say they are trying to be innovative and make things better but all they do is micromanage you to do things their way. They have no clue what they are doing and just know how to spam people with useless ads trying to sell them on useless events that have no value.
    -0 company culture

    Advice to Management

-Learn how the market is changing/ Learn to use analytics v. feelings
-Adapt to how the market is changing/Use analytics to adjust
-STOP with the "do more with less" mentality
-Improve compensation - employees work long hours, putting in serious work, and I don't get paid their market value.

    Pros

Smart and creative co-workers, while they lasted. Great benefits and generally great support for successful brands/titles.

    Cons

One or two bad apples in positions of power had a tendency to micromanage and undervalue creative input.

    Pros

A very caring company with smart management that listen. Access Intelligence is a company led from the top by leaders not managers.

    Cons

Some managers have too much power.

    Advice to Management

Continue to listen to the excellent people you hire.

I have been working at Access Intelligence full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Coworkers are very nice and all want to make the place better but not possible with current management in place.

    Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing. They say they are trying to be innovative and make things better but all they do is micromanage you to do things their way. And their way is stuck back in the 90s. They have no clue what they are doing and just know how to spam people with useless ads trying to sell them on useless events that have no value.

    Advice to Management

Get off your high salary butts and listen to people that work their everyday and are smarter than you.
