Pros
- company treats their employees very well - flexibility with work schedules - great office environment and culture I started as a part time employee and worked my way up to a full time account manager position. They provided me excellent training and support to help me to further develop my personal skills. For the company's 20th anniversary, All 3 countries were flown out to Bali! That is an extremely generous gesture as it was an all expense paid trip.
Cons
- during busy season it can get hectic and you will need to manage your time well
