      Benefits are good and the ladies that worked in the office were wonderful

      Cons

      The main manager constantly micromanages everything. She would tell you to do one thing and when you did it the way she asked she would then change her mind. Nothing is consistent and people are constantly leaving. The people who worked in the office seemed constantly overwhelmed. They need to hire someone to manage the office better.

      President micro manages everything! She should hire someone else to manage. She wants to be involved in everything but doesn’t really have the time to deal with things.
