      It was fast to get hired

      Cons

      Max pay is only $11.00/ hour. No benefits, Started 3rd shift and they change me to weekends so was barley home. If you are in the Dekalb, IL building try to get the job with Exel Logistic. Start pay is better and you have benefits.

      you get your hours for the week

      they do not keep up with pay rates for the work that is being done pay should be higher. scheduled raises are not on time. equipment being used breaks down frequently
