Pros

The mission of this organization attracts talented and dedicated individuals.

Cons

Unfortunately, the leadership of the organization lacks the vision and skill to lead this organization to success and this deficit starts at the top. The founding CEO lacks understanding of the healthcare sector and community health which leads to a scattered strategy that never fully pans out. It’s a constant game of shifting strategy and chasing white whales of contracts that never pan out. There seems to be a lack of understanding of the market in which the organization is competing.

A Great Working Environment

Pros

At Activate Care I always felt like I could rely on my team to get the job done. Everyone was extremely supportive, and everyone always went out of their way to support each other to get their work done in a timely manner.

Cons

The company is very much in start up mode still, and even small changes regarding losing a single client can trigger a wave of layoffs.

Dear former employee & teammate, It is wonderful to hear that during your time with us that you always felt that you could rely on your teammates to get the job done. We love that we have an empathetic, helpful group of folks who support and collaborate with one another daily! We couldn't be more grateful to everyone who actively continues to chose to positively contribute to that in our daily working environment. We hear you when you say we are in startup mode; YES we are; and it sometimes that can pose tremendous challenges that are out of our organizations control; therefor trickling in and affecting our staff in response to those outside factors. Please know that we take these things extremely seriously; and give these situations tremendous thought - and do what we can to minimize impact to our individual employees and their roles they have. With that in mind, we do want to share that we continue to look back to those amazing groups of teammates that were affected by layoffs - and actively continue to reach back out to see if they are available to come back to Activate Care.
