      less salary compared to market ... no benefits .. you just take your monthly salary and nothing more ..You shouldn't talk about raise or anything ... .. you are forbidden to talk to such a thing! ..

      flexible hours relaxed and friendly work environment and co-workers good facilities and equipment salaries are always payed on time company allowed working from home during covid time great for a fresh-grad
