      - Lots of opportunities in creating new or improve existing - Great potential for product expansion and company growth - Wonderful people with good team and company culture - Realistic and good company value

      Cons

      - 100% remote (not a blocker but sometimes it creates a bit of barrier to socialize with other people) - Not well known yet, Hence the potential and opportunities for growth
