Pros
From day one, I was impressed by how welcoming and friendly everyone was. The management team is always willing to listen to our ideas and concerns, and they go out of their way to create a positive work environment. The company also invests in the growth and development of its employees, providing ongoing training opportunities and support for career advancement.
Cons
Now that AdPerfect is part of a larger company, the benefits remain very good but there is room to improve when it comes to competitive salaries. The company is actively working toward making improvements so this may not be a con for much longer.
